My sister....:)

My own two holes (which are NOT the above) are really clogged up currently. So clogged up that I had to pause every now and again while eating because my mouth was the only inlet for oxygen.

The sense of smell has been the one sense I have always undermined in comparison to sight or hearing. However, I found much importance in having the sense of smell today. The story:

Was in shower.
Took out new bottle of shampoo.
Curious as to what it smelt like.
Squeezed some shampoo onto hand.
Brought it towards nose.
Nearer.....
No smell.
Nearer yet...
Still no smell
Nearer than near.....
Absolutely nothing.

I was practically eating the shampoo by then. Got some on my lips and nose. Now, if you have seen my nose before, you would know that I brought it really close. Other than feeling stupid after that, I felt frustrated and irritated...

I know, I know... It's just shampoo. But knowing that there was most certainly a smell present but incapable of having even a slight scent of it kills... I now believe a friend (he lost his sense of smell due to a brain injury) who said, "It is not at all fun to lose your sense of smell."

So for future reference.... If I stink with BO, it really isn't my fault. Please be a good enough friend to tell me when appropriate:)
